Inaugurado em novembro de 2022, a primeira Steakhouse Nobratta, na unidade do Comper Itanhang\u00e1, \u00e9 o ponto de encontro de quem aprecia o sabor e qualidade de carnes especiais.<\/p>\n<p>Toda a equipe foi treinada para garantir uma experi\u00eancia gastron\u00f4mica completa. \u201cRealizamos consultorias e treinamentos para oferecer esse modelo diferenciado, tanto pela excel\u00eancia nos preparos quanto no atendimento, demonstrando esse conhecimento ao consumidor sobre esses tipos de cortes.\u201d, aponta Fernando Souza, gerente nacional de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Alimentos do Grupo Pereira.<\/p>\n<p>A Steakhouse Nobratta oferece cortes selecionados e servidos na mesa do cliente, guarni\u00e7\u00f5es, al\u00e9m das sobremesas preparadas no local.\u00a0 Os pratos com carne bovina s\u00e3o Angus, que tem no marmoreio o diferencial, ou seja, as tiras de carne se entrela\u00e7am a carne o que d\u00e3o sucul\u00eancia.
